Faulty and Incorrectly Supplied Items
Items are always inspected prior to shipping but it is always possible a manufacturing fault could slip through the net. In this case, notify us within 14 days and we will either send replacement components, or a replacement item or offer an alternative.
Any goods may be returned provided they are returned in an 'as new' condition in their original packaging.
Please inform us within 14 days of receiving the item. . A credit or an exchange will be issued upon our receipt of the item. In the case of a return we will issue the credit using the same methods as payment br />
When returning an item -
- Please enclose a note, giving the reason for the return.
- If the item is faulty please give a full description of the fault.
- Wrap the package securely, if possible in its original box.
